Through our programs and initiatives we provide scholarships for manual therapists to learn The Spurgeon Method of post-mastectomy massage, a unique and effective approach designed to support breast cancer survivors in their recovery.

Breast cancer survivors face a multitude of physical and emotional challenges post-mastectomy. Our foundation is dedicated to addressing these needs by:

• Training Skilled Therapists: We offer scholarships to manual therapists, enabling them to receive specialized training in The Spurgeon Method of post-mastectomy massage. This technique is tailored to meet the specific needs of breast cancer survivors, focusing on reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being.
• Providing Healing Services: Once trained, these therapists join our network and provide outcall services to breast cancer survivors at local facilities. Our goal is to make this essential care accessible and convenient for those who need it most.

The journey of a breast cancer survivor is one of courage and resilience. However, the physical aftermath of mastectomy surgery can include pain, swelling, scar tissue formation, and limited mobility. Post-mastectomy massage therapy offers significant benefits, including:
